If you want Doctors only...after why don't you go see a doctor and grasp a physical examination. Doctors can't really know what's going on unless they run some test.
I'm an internist-- I go onto this site specifically for these sorts of reason. I (obviously) can't examine you, but what do you mean by that you "can't obtain up from...bed at all?"
