Answers: if u r not from phillipines...dont worry..they are like as most other asian countries..
and yes just similar to any other asian country u need to enjoy a valid degree and show a practicing liscence.
the money element depends whether u r in private or govt...whats ur specialization etc.. u knwo...but compared to western countries noticeably less...philipines is still a developing country.
