Medical experts: risks of smoking vs. plumpness?

If all other factor are equal, including genetics, which is worse: to start smoking at 15, and state a pack-a-day habit until age 40, or to become obese at 15, and be 100 pounds overweight for indistinguishable number of years?

Answer:
I'd say the smoking is more hazardous. It will do twist to your lungs that cannot be undone, as all right as mess up your DNA leaading to cancer.

An obese person who is 100 pounds overweight could (theoretically) still be helpful and have a justly healthy body, although abundant obese folks are hypertensive and diabetic by age 40.

Neither is good.

The obese smoker is a short time ago asking for trouble.
I know a plant that will make you tubby even when you do smoke it. The feelings are nice though.
I guess the effect to your body is give or take a few equal. Both have psychological effects (dependancy, irritability, control, etc), bodily effects, buzz effects, along with other effects that could be killer. Obesity I think can also put to death someone faster than smoking can depending on when a person starts smoking/becomes obese.
It is resembling asking if you should cut off you gone hand or the right paw. both are bad !

But if have made a deal next to the devil, go for the smoking sin !
I would articulate obesity is safer(no proof here) logically because it have more chance of human being able to renovation it and reverse some of the conditions whereas smoking can easily motive irreversible damage influential to cancerous changes
