Buccal Mucosa Smear Method using Cresyl ECHT Violet Stain?
May I ask for the procedure on how the buccal mucosa smear is collected and the method on how it is made(If there are other technique can you just transmit me the reference method). May I also ask more or less Cresyl ECHT stain's advantages and disadvantages and the procedure(Best if possible or reference) and the colors that it will produce and lastly can you pls. state your reference...

Answers: This will probably not be very willing to help but I do know that Buccal means cheek and Mucosa would give the impression of being to mean mucous. A Buccal smear sounds similar to it would be a swab of the inside of the cheek. The rest, regretfully I don't know.
