Just to let u guys know i am athletic, i am currently contained by wrestling, and i also play football, and baseball. But i like to rest whenever i can. I want this by tomorrow, please help.

Answers:    Each individual have his or her own pre and post heart rate. Your normal heart rate should be 48-70 if you are atheletic.

To benchmark it, place your index finger and the long finger side by side on your carotic artery (which runs up your neck lately in front of your ear towards your chin. Don't press too firm, but hard adequate to feel the beat. Count the beats while watching the second appendage on a clock. You can count them for 15 seconds and multiply by 4, or to grasp a truly accurate picture count for one full minute. This will give you your resting heart rate -- after after a few minutes of vigorous exercise such as running or aerobics etc, do equal thing again and you will spy a big leap in the number of heart beat. It takes rather practice, but keep trying you will seize it. This will give you a baseline of what to expect.
So, consent to me get this straight, you enjoy to write down your resting heart rate and then your heart rate after you exercise and integer out an average for each. If that's the armour, take adjectives the resting heart rates add them together and consequently divide by the number of heart rates you wrote down and you'll have your average, do like for the post-exercise, add them adjectives together and divide by the number of heart rates you recorded.
