Questions on vitamin b12?

i have a severe b12 deficency,i have proton radiation a year ago so that might be the cause but i hold trouble eating meat,i wasnt other like that but looking at meat make me sick also eggs,fish and milk,so that might be the cause also. is here anything like over the counter pills or any flawless food i cake take to carry a good amount of b12??

also i enjoy to get a b12 shot once a week for a month,i be wondering where do they inject the shot,it better not be the butt!
