Your spelling problems are something of a limiting factor. FSH is short for follicle stimulating hormone, TSH is thyroid stimulating hormone, both come from the pituitary gland, and you can read a blurb on each contained by Wikipedia.
I'm not sure about the other. It could be that you have a test call ANA (anti-nuclear antibodies) that suggests a rheumatologic condition. This does not mean you hold any, ANA is neither sensitive nor specific as a test for lupus, and of the 200+ well-known rheumatologic syndromes, this is only one. Try to stay quieten and let them do somewhat more investigation. You are now contained by areas where the answers don't come effortless or quick.
