Librax vs librium?

I was given librax for anxiety. Wonder why librium wasn't prescribed instead?


Answers:    during clinicals, i be told that librium is not prescribed much due to the side effects-ecg changes, skin eruptions, extra-pyramidal effects
it is supposedly used to backing in alcohol renunciation tremors on paper but surrounded by practice ativan is prescribed
