Chances are...She be a he at some point in time. I wouldn't leap to conclusions though, it could be some sort of genetic abnormality, anything is possible. I'd definately use caution though.

um.. it a short time ago means she have an adam's apple. Women can have adam's apples but it's merely a lot smaller amount common.
