its concrete, i know i am the oldest and i have one sister and one brother and we adjectives have behavior problems. The best approach to deal near it is to make up some time merely for yourself. Since you live in tight garrison it doesn't have to be inside. ask your parents if you can appropriate a walk every daytime like up to that time or after dinner, even if its just around the block. it give you some time with nobody else to sort stuff out contained by your brain. You also gets fresh nouns and its good for you. It sounds stupid but it really works trust me!
