Hand transplantation?

Is a hand transplantation possible? I ask because I saw it done on prison break, and it seem pretty impossible to me... Attaching the hand is surely possible, but reattaching the blood vessel and nerves?


Answers:    This is not possible due neuro nouns stimulus sensation cannot be produced, vascular bundle branches can be connected but the outcome is poor it is much better to get a prosthetis placed.
it is possible, but not surrounded by the manner done on prison break (lol i love that show by the way) it is possible to reattach nerves and vessles but likelihood are the patient will conclusion up with constrained mobility and/or limited sensation contained by their re-attached hand
