Tracheostomy supervision ask?

like im doing this competition surrounded by a club called HOSA surrounded by high college and i have to execute a tracheostomy care disposable inner cannula. and one of the procedures say that i have to verbalize removal of oxygen and suctioning of tracheostomy? can someone explain to me what do i say aloud? i cant find it in the book.

Open packet holding new inner cannula and insert into trache. Make sure it locks surrounded by place. Place new 4x4 split gauze beneath the trache to protect skin.
