Probably not, but if you don't need to thieve it, or if it hasn't been legitimately prescribed for you, you're asking for trouble. Amphetamines are really dangerous drugs, not to be trifled next to. I feel sorry for relations who have to lift them. They're basically living next to a gun pointed at their heads every year.
