He is taking D-Amphetamine 30 mg (often two in a day) plus diet pills beside ephedra. He has trouble sleeping or going to sleep at hours of darkness. He says it is not chancy. I have doubts. The Rx is for one a afternoon and was prescribed for depression along near Lexapro and Lamictil. I suspect abuse here. He say the diet pills are just approaching coffee.

This is an overdose of amphetamines. Stop! Coffee have caffeine as do some diet pills, but ephedra is MUCH more dangerous than caffeine. Please inform the doctor.
