How do you arrange to donate your body to medical science after your release?
Answer:
You have to do two things ... first, contact the 'place' you want to 'recieve' your body after you die, and bring a 'signed contract' saying they WILL adopt it, with any 'exceptions' if any. Second, write your will, and put the EXACT THINGS to be done to pass out your wishes. Make at least 4 copies of BOTH papers, and hand over one to the attorneys who will 'oversee' your death transactions, one to your wife or partner, one to your child (or put together one for each child) and one to your 'best friend' Executor. The 'reason' you entail so many copies is that once you are insensible, the 'medical science' place will accept your body ONLY if it happen 'immediately after death' ... and 'possibly' after you are autopsied if murdered ... but since your body must be kept lower than 'stringent conditions' that are usually ONLY found at their location, EVERYONE who 'matters' needs to know that it's what YOU WANT done beside your body.
Put it in your will and bring in sure your friends, family and probate attorney are clear on your wishes.
Put that contained by your will. Make sure you have a legal representative.
And for pete's sake TELL YOUR FAMILY. Multiple people.
You can contact the medical institution directly and they will have forms that are packed out to 'will' your body to them upon your death.
evry ouce surrounded by a wille theyl send u forms contained by the mail or in recent times go contained by the phione book under medical science and ask them 2 dispatch u the forms

If they do not service your area, they can put you contained by contact with the appropriate facility.
Register next to your DMV. Most importantly--let your loved ones know about your wishes.
i would resembling to donate my cornea to a person who wants them.that way, i could relieve somebody rather than letting it rot beside my body.
Like Body Worlds, before you die you pack out a form that says a bunch of things. Like a contract. Then you sign and boom. Once you die, right to science.
Contact the closest med academy to you and get the information from them. I agree beside put it in your will and to brand name sure your family know your wishes, becasue there is a possibility that they can override your wishes once your gone. I own seen this done.
Very peer of the realm idea
Write a "living will" and you can do this yourself, short an attorney- there are lots websites that you can download the proper form and fill it out. You would requirement only someone to witness it- and preferably a notary if you enjoy a family that you would believe contest your will.....Kudos to you ---that is a wonderful gift-----may I suggest organ donation if at all possible? That would be giving people the payment of life contained by the event your body would qualify for such but after donation, your body would not be used as a cadaver for med students since it would already be minus the organs...but it's the same principle and could one and only be done if you were found brain late, not completely dead, contained by which case they would merely donate your body to science...everyone should be so generous----by the way-----organ donation should be listed on your driver's license----in covering of an accident--it would be quickly discovered what you're intentions are since time is of essence within organ donation.....
Hi
I have donated my body to Cambridge University after I die. If you are surrounded by England, email this lady for a form to sign, and hold the form with your Will:

Hope that help
Ashley
You can put it into your "Advance Health Care Directive", part of your will. You can contact the nearest schooling hospital and sign up for your body to go in that, for the medical students to study it, after you die.
