Jokes apart- Testicular transplantation is not performed anywhere. Testis is an intra abdominal organ while surrounded by uterus. Around the time of birth testes descend into the scrotum. But the artery supplying blood comes from Aorta. The vein draining it go and empties within inferior vena cava.. The lymphatics draining it also go up within abdomen . To remove a full element of testis on one side the surgeon has to trademark an incision from abdomen to scrotum and dissect low as testicular vessels are retroperitoneal ie at the rear intestine and bladder. Thesurgery is tedious,risky and useless.
