5000-10000 is the normal selection for white blood cells.
above 10000 is usually thought to indicate infection.
low wbcs could also be a sign of poor blood production from
the bones that generate these cell.
a low hemaglobin could reveal a blood loss from somewhere, poor generation of topical blood cells from bone,
a possible tumor that could nurture on red blood cells, problems near the spleen or other problems.

Low hemoglobin is adjectives for females. Blood loss due to menstruation or an undiagnosed GI bleed. The low WBC count could be the result of higher plasma level due to the low hemoglobin. Plasma is the non-cellular portion of your blood. Normal white cells diluted within more liquid would distribute a false low. Those numbers are also seen as the result of chemotherapy or bone marrow problems. How low is low? If they are newly slightly lower that the references ranges, later, that could be normal for you.
