Would a strong or fragile sour ionize at pH7? please help out its greatly appreciated?

Answers:    pH 7 is neutral. Ex: river. If you add colourless or strong acid to wet, both will ionize. Strong acid will ionize to a greater extent.
pH 7 is indistinct so no ionization occurs.
