You are already on the right track!
Right now you should concentrate on getting perfect grades and getting into the best college you can get into or afford. Study complicated for those AP tests-- placing out of college freshman chemistry is priceless!
Colleges and medical schools also similar to to see "well-rounded" individuals, so you should be able to show you hold interests outside medicine/school. This could include sports, active involvement surrounded by student government, volunteer work, college lab work, lots of things. (If you enjoy a guidance counselor at school, consider have a chat with him/her something like what you can do to improve your likelihood at getting into a great college.)
You do not have to core in something palpably medically related, like biology, to procure into medical school (a cousin of mine be a philosophy major) but you will have to give somebody a lift certain prerequisites, including chemistry, biology (if you don't place out), natural chemistry, calculus, physics. You need to protract a good GPA within college and get a correct score on the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) to be competitive within applying to med school.
Med institution is a 4 year program and competitive to get into. (There are *not* deeply of foreigners in US med school, but a lot of foreign medical old pupils come for residency training.) Surgery is a 5 year residency program, including one year surgery internship, that qualifies you as a common surgeon. I recently visit my doctors' office (upper-middle class neighborhood) and looked at the enumerate of resident doctors.
There were 8 name, ALL of them were foreigners: Indians, Pakistani, Koreans, Chinese.
With such competition from anxious foreigners you own little chances to be a medical student.
In the local university you must hold the highest chalk up because there are 100s of foreigners beside the highest one!
Get into college, shadow a surgeon, and variety sure you present yourself to medical schools as an interesting human being. Do not think of it as a register of items to check off to become a doctor and pay no attention to everybody else.

First you would enjoy to get into medical conservatory then you would hold to get standard to the surgical specialization part of the institution - which is much longer than most other parts as one could assume. Then you would go into further specialization into a different module of the body most likely (Cardiac, brain, trauma, etc.). Take newborn steps and plan ahead. It is very costly and the the costs of malpractice insurance, lawsuits, and the schooling itself can be indigestible. But it can be a very rewarding occupation also.

Keep going, it sounds like your super smart and you'll enjoy no problem getting into medical school. You'll obligation to go to college first though, thieve chemistry and biology and maybe arithmetic do well and succeed.
You'll requirement to do 2-4 years of general medical work first after you graduate medical institution, then you can specilise as a surgeon.
