What is the name of that chemical used within medical interrogations that causes profusely of pain when injected intravaneously? Not truth serum, not sodium pentathol, but something else... I know it's in recent times a show, but it's been shown within a couple episodes of "24," like finishing season when Jack Bauer had to interrogate his own brother (the smooth on top guy) using that chemical, and then the grandfather kill Jack's brother by giving him another injection of it when nobody was looking. What's it call?
Answer:
there's no commercially available drug like that. perchance the military has something close to that which we're not aware of, but there's no medication i know of that will activate misery receptors. keep surrounded by mind that there's plenty of medicines which can block backache receptors, like morphine or demerol, so it may a moment ago be a matter of simple biochemistry to create a compound which will generate pain receptors- but since there's really not much use for this pills, no drug company is going to spend any resources making it because there'll be no profit in it.
Just more or less anything that's not naturally surrounded by the body will cause immense niggle when injected. Pain is a natural sensitivity to foreign substances.
"24" is a total load of crap, don't rely on anything surrounded by that show to represent reality. "CSI" is lately as bad.
Scopolamine; you can buy this contained by the form of Sominex
I don't know if that's correct, but Scopolamine is a great guess. Even though it's pretty potent on its own, wouldn't you need to combine it near morphine to get the desired "interrogation" effect? A mixture of the two is my guess. Cheers!
