Lasix vs. ETOH?
Answer:
I'm not sure if this can be answered on a nonspecific basis. ETOH is converted to dehydrogenase by the liver of the invidvidual. As we know beside booze, a person's ability to digest ETOH vary greatly.
The action of Lasix is totally different than ETOH, so I'm not even sure how to set off comparing them. Lasix uses furosemide to inhibit renal function in your kidneys, ETOH single begins to work as ethanol builds up within your system.
I guess it's a person to entity basis, but I honestly haven't a clue. Good put somebody through the mill; I hope my thinking-out-loud helped. :)
I hope you aren't trying to voice that beer is a diuretic. Your kidneys work overtime because you are guzzling liquid. I know one beer drinker who thought his stomach connected directly to his bladder. I knew this could not be because his stomach be so bloated it hung over his belt making him look pregnant. Where did you come up with this perception?
I don't think it would be a worthy idea to drink too copious beers. I know water doesn't nouns good to you, but it's much better for you. Iced tea, diet or reg. colas, lemon ade., etc.
joan a p, alchohol is acutally a diuretic. It blocks ADH.
I know that lasix is seriously more effective as a diuretic, but I've never see any info that quantifies how much better.
