Not for UTI medication they aren't required to experiment for pregnancy. It is usually part of the UTI question paper but will most likely lift your word for it.
Those warning label aren't just garnish. Take them seriously, if you aren't sure then stop taking the medication and bid your doctor or pharmacist.

There ARE medications that the directive absolutely requires the doctor to do a pregnancy audition before prescribing. A couple of them are Amnesteem and Thalomid. The doctor must run a pregnancy audition every month and it must be negative and the merciful has to sign a contract stating they will use TWO forms of birth control. Only next will the prescription be written, for one month's worth of medicatino only.

In general doctors tend to look at females from 12 to 52, transport a menstrual history, judge the risk for pregnancy, and do a pregnancy experiment anyway, but sometimes not.
