What's the biddable and impossible points in the order of support surgery?

I'm considering 3 alternatives. 1. Steroid injections for as long as they'll work 2. Spinal Fusion 3. Disk replacement

Can anyone give me some really moral points on the pros and cons of each conclusion? I'm really all over the place contained by what to decide. I'm afraid of steroids and the rapid fix and brittle bones but I'm also afraid of surgery. So which is the lesser of 2 evils?

Answers:    1. Steroid injections - Temporary nouns. Major problem, it permanently damages the blood vessel at and near the injection point and literally eat bone away. Stick with backache killers instead.

2. Spinal fusion. Yes, you may hold some relief, but it's not unalterable. You are changing the biomechanics of the spine contained by the joint to be precise meant to move. By fusing the pooled, the vertebral joints above and below the fused amalgamated will move much more to compensate, in time, both top and bottom will wear out and instead of simply one joint that give you pain, you immediately have two joint that will give you spasm.

3. Disc replacement. Questionable relief. It's still relatively foreign technology and not enough voluminous data to receive a proper risk assessment. Some patients report relief, some patients didn't.

May I submit a 4th option? I refer my patients to a special type of chiropractor within town, they do a great job for herniated discs. They get the message the biomechanics of the spine very ably and reposition the offending vertebra back into 3D alignment so that the herniated disc will start to make well and become less uncomfortable.

I personally do not recommend spinal column surgery. I had a nearest and dearest member that go thru 2 surgeries and it was a nightmare for them. Have you tried yoga? It will back in getting your vertebrae in shape next to the stretches, and strengthening it up. Steroids are a life shorting method. Go on to Google and do an extensive research beforehand making a life altering outcome. There are new discoveries everyday.
