Venuous Insufficiency? Treatment?

My grandmother has this. She is within ALOT of pain, I dont know wut to do. Pain killer work so so, but not much.She has a doctor appointment beside a vascular doctor tomorrow.What treatment will he give her? IS THERE TREATMENT? Will she have a feeling better? Does it work? Im sorry, im just really worried at the moment. Her doc give her a fentanyl pain patch , but thats gone down either.
