you took 195mg
your levels are smaller amount than half of the poison dosage, and inside the ED (3-6mg/kg/day) for anemia (your dosage is ~4.5mg/Kg/day) .
so unless your presenting severe vomiting/dehydration/diarrhea. you should be fine. If you took 6-7 pills you should be past its sell-by date to the emergency room.

that's a relationship for you to check out. But i think that you will be alright. usually iron o.d.'s are more adjectives in children.
My doctor have me on Foltrin which is a prescription Iron pill. I take 2 a daytime (when I remember). I dont think you hold to worry something like three. Be careful subsequent time.
Iron overdoses are extremely serious, but the amount you took is probably not a problem. The specifics of the pills you took can be very earth-shattering. At any rate, instead of posting on Y/A, you might have call Poison Control, who do this stuff for a living. The almost-universal number in the US is 1-800-222-1222.
