Drug theory test at MEPS?

my little brother went to MEPS today, and he did the intact physical. One of the things were drug assessment, and he told me that it's been over 30 days since he have smoked MJ. He passed one of the home drug test. Does MEPS use more sensitive oral exam or a similar one? He's pretty sure he passed but it's still lingering over his team leader. any comments will be helpful.
