Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty - how do they remove the stent?
websites say it it taken out "through the bladder". Does that indicate they do an incision in the lower belly or do they do it via a tube up his willy? And if the second option, is in that any form of anesthetic?

Answers: They'll shift through the urethra, into the bladder, and grab it from in attendance. It's called cystoscopy, and can be done next to just some numbing jelly squirted up the urethra, or next to a quick nonspecific anesthetic.
If there's a string going into the bladder, it's a 5 minute case. If not, in that may be some extra poking around to grab the cessation of the stent.
