How much dihydrocodeine do you use daily in divided doses or one dose - for chronic pain?

I currently do not take any medications for my chronic pain, but just follow your doctors directions for taking the medication and you will be fine.
The usual dose is one tablet taken every 4-6 hours when necessary.
