Answer:
Have you always have that problem?

This may not be it, but I had a similar piece happen; if I didn't put it contained by just at the right angle, I would go and get an unpleasant sensation way up in that.

Later, I think when I have my first or second pelvic exam, I found out that I have a tipped uterus and that explained what happen.

If I put the tampon in at the 'wrong' angle, it would poke the cervix (the bring to a close of the uterus).

After practice, I learned to put it within without poking.

It could be that it feel better after a few minutes because the tampon has moved sufficiently to stop irritating it.

By the opening, if you do have a tipped uterus, the doctor sometimes have trouble examining you because the cervix is not quite within the usual place.
for some reaon ur vagina might b too small to use them. even if ur having sex ..yes i know its odd but I tried to use them about 7 yrs vertebrae n id have 3 kids n been havin sex for along time n even the smallest ones hurt so desperate to remove. just achieve some thin pad.
When I first started wearing tampons, I had similar problems. Are you putting the Tampon contained by at an angle. I figured out that, the tube or vaginal anything you call it, is gentle of at an angle. You have to carry the angle just right. Once you integer out your angle it will be easier. I'm not sure if this helped or not. I'm not a doctor and perceptibly don't know the technical expressions.

Good luck and I hope I helped some.

You're any using a brand or size that doesn't fit you quite right, or you're inserting it incorrectly. When inserting it, you want to push at an angle towards the lowest part of rear, not straight up. Tampax extends in length once moist, all the same Playtex extends in length...that may make a difference too. Another courteous hint is to use tampons that come near a plastic applicator, not cardboard. You can get a better grip, and the applicator slides inside of itself easier next to cardboard.
A bit of pain is usual when you don't use tampons often. It took me for a while bit before that twinge went away. What gentle of tampons do you use? I find the tampax ones with the applicator are surefire. Simply push the applicator in as far as it go, and then you know the tampon is within where it should be.

Also, are you positive you are putting them within right? Try putting one leg up on the toilet to get the angle right. If this persist for a long time, see a doctor.
You may want to talk to your Dr. simply to make sure everything is okay, and to see what suggestions she have. After you insert the tampon and you hit the point where it feel uncomfortable, possibly you should adjust it to the left or right a short time to see if maybe it is a touch more comfortable. If you are using Tampax, those are really long, and do not work well next to people who are small within that area. Try Playtex. They are shorter and approachable kind of similar to a flower instead of unrolling like the Tampax brand. Also, I have some problems and my OB/GYN suggested inserting and then turning it sideways. That may relief, but I would ask the doc first.
you could have a tilted cervix
