If you are in your teens (which I'm assuming you are), your periods will be irregular at first. The timing and amount of flow will be off. The only way that I know of to regulate a period is to use birth control pills. I'm not sure at what age a doctor would prescribe them, though. .
The best advice that I can give is talk to your mother. Ask her to make an appointment with your doctor, and then go from there. Good luck!
They are irregular in first 2 years. Only way to keep them regular is pills.
If you go to the doc and get on bill control pills that will keep you regular other thatn that it's normal for them to get a little off sometimes.

Number one, do not get panic on first disturbance of your periods. Just be patient and abserve the periods for next cycle.
Periods are known to be disturbed by stress also. Therefore relaxing or not taking any mental stress of same is essential.

It is perfectly normal to have irregular periods during the first 3 years of your cycles, just keep track of them they will even up one year lol. If you really want them to be regular start taking the pill.
