I don't sweat i just Overheat when exercising?

Hi i'm an 18 girl and i've been having this problem since elementry school and it still goes on now. When i excercise for about 10 or 20mins, bike riding , i'll begin to be short of breath and then my body will get really hot and i feel as if my body is on fire, then i'll have to stop immediately and lie in shade or something to cool myself off. This instance happened while out with my friends which they claim is because i'm out of shape or believe it's nothing. But i sense otherwise.
I've told my doctors about how i overheat when i'm running and playing during pysh ED (when i was younger) or any other atctivity that requires me to do alot of movement. My Doctors have run tests but claim they've found nothing. But i'm very unsire because i feel very unwell when this happens. Does anyone have an idea as to what i should do or what might be wrong? Anything would be a great help to me.

This happens to me. Not just with activity, even when I went on vacation to Cancun and Las Vegas. I also swell up. I feel so horribly sick and like I am on fire. I too asked my doctor about this. He said that my sweat glands just do not function as they should. I asked him why, and he sad, when I get to heaven I could ask God. He said it is just one of those things and not to worry, he did say that I could take a water pill before I exercise or when I will be exposed to high temps. They do help. I guess I am a little glad that I don't sweat, but I hate the woozy feeling. I try to stay in the air conditioning as much as possible.
That happen to me but that's because I had asthma and have a very hard time breathing then my body over heats and sometimes have an asthma attach with is just like gasping for air

u could be out of shape or your just over doing it at the beginning pace your self build up to Maxim workout

Try drinking lots of water. Swet is water and if you dont have lots of water in your body to start with, you wont swet. Its hard to drink lots of water but try it just for a day, drink at least seven 200ml glasses through out the day then excersize and see what happens.
I was the same way. Drinking lots of water helped me.
