Weird flap of skin around anus?

I have a weird flap of skin just under my anus and it looks like it is comin out of my anus. It doesn't hurt or cause problems but i duno what it is.

i think you have anularious.. that is where the skin around the anus peels off and later on you get anal cancer. tell your doctor fast. the first stage of anularious is the flap of skin... in about 3 more moths if you wait it will start growing and it will begin to hurt... you need to get it checked out this is a very rare disease
i dont know but i just thought i had problems. how long is the flap of skin ? first time I heard of that unless it is a hemroid
