Im not sure - Im also B cup and Love it. My breasts are soo good looking. I would never conveyance them. No back backache from being too big, never enjoy trouble finding blouses, bra's (and nice ones) or sweaters, don't have sweaty breasts, wont dangle when Im older, and will never be veiny.... Plus, enjoy never had a man report me they didn't like them ; )

if you are fully grown the only approach to add breast tissue is to gain bulk...you can do excercises that work your chest muscles and that will make your breasts more perky and possibly fuller, but you arent going to find any bigger
I don't think so I regard surgery or pills is the only piece but u should be happy going on for ur size even though I would want like a 36DD or something resembling that but be happy next to wat u have.
