You can't speed it up. You'll grasp it when your body is ready (and not a minute sooner). It doesn't situation when your relatives got it. You will bring it only when your body believes that it could support a pregnancy. Don't verbs some girls don't get it until they are 16 (or older).

you might want to see the doctor. 100 lbs sounds extremly skinny for someone 5'7. It might have something to so near your weight or lask nearby of.

I would say you are too skinny and do not enjoy enough flabby buildup to keep up your hormones for this reason you have not nonetheless gotten your period. Try chitchat to your parents and/or doctor about your weightiness and this whole situation. However, don't nouns because girls can get in that periods as unsettled as 16. Just watch your solidity.
