How to know if the period is belatedly? It is like 1week plus or whatz?

It depends I hold friends that have longer cycles and it doesn't connote your late. Also you inevitability to know that stress and fatty foods and sleep can affect your cycle and make you "late". I chart my cycle and I hold regular cycles that are 26 to 30 days and it doesn't mean I am behind it just process I ovulated later within the month. Hope that helps.
if it doesnt arrive surrounded by 5 days after your cycle should of started i suggest you get a theory test. thats how i found out i was pregnant. my term was 4-5 days slow and i was preggers
I would buy a oral exam within five days possibly a week but it sounds like your period are pretty normal so acquire a test.
