I love it! i almost not have period anymore! if you only use it for a week it won't hurt you or screw you up., but I didn't become regular for give or take a few 4 months. Keep trying it. You can leave it within for 21 - 28 days too in shield something comes up. Sometimes i start before i give somebody a lift it out, but usually it's 3 days after. i think its the best invention ever! distribute it a chance
