You can right-click and save some. Others can be highlighted, copied (ctrl C) and later pasted (ctrl V) into Pictures or doesn`t matter what. If they are copyright protected then any method might not work and you will have to contact the photographer for concurrence to use his/her photo. That said, make sure you use protection and practice safe and sound sex!

try:
free the pic to ur desktop or sumthin (left click the image, rescue pic as., and i guess open it surrounded by photoshop i would imagine...) prolly using database open find the pic and start on it. i dont use photoshop so i dont kno. but i doubt its that hard?
if within is a help tab, click on it and see if u can take some basic relieve. good luck.
try right clicking on the picture and reclaim it that way. later see if you can open it next to photoshop. I'm not too familiar next to it, but it's worth a try!
