I'm right there next to ya. My periods are soooo calorific, it's impossible to go through my length and not use a tampon. I'll soak pad after wad after pad if I simply use pads accordingly I have to use tampons. I freshly use the super plus tampons and an extra heavy wad as well adjectives at the same time. You a moment ago have to save changing the tampon every time it starts to slick. I've also heard roughly speaking birth control pill "Seasonale" With that you will only grasp 3 periods a year and the period that you do get will be alot lighter. I can't use pills because they confer me very fruitless side effects. But everyone is different and not all empire get duplicate side effects so you may want to try this.Good luck!!

3 to 4 hours is more common than you may realize. It's a long time to step without "changing". For added support you may try wearing a panty liner beside a tampon. I have found that various women like tampax sport. suppose to lend a hand for longer protection. Be on the safe side... everytime you shift to the "facilities"... change. Sorry, but I havn't hear of any miricale 4-8 hr. tampon
