You should be off work for two weeks, more if you are contained by a physically active commission. If not OFF for more than two weeks, at least on pale duty, and I mean really restrict yourself!
Scars rob a year to lighten and fade. Scarguard and Mederma are great to backing with scar after your incisions close.
I got nipple sensation stern at 3 months but that can take over a year for that to come posterior.
My final size was around a year, but again that could embezzle a while.
The key word to taking back is PATIENCE.

If you are in reality getting a breast reduction you really shouldn't be asking for opinion from perfect strangers via a yahoo message board.
I apologize if that sounds hyper-critical, but a breast diminution is a serious procedure that can truly affect your psyche, self-confidence, and a whole host of other things.
Besides, if you're going to shell out the money and time, spawn 100% sure that YOU are getting what YOU want out of it.
My advice? Turn rotten the computer and decide what you really want/need.

I have a friend that took prenatal vitamins for about six months. She be originaly taking them for the iron. The iron in the prenatal's be "stomach friendly" and did not cause constipation. She be not loosing wieght or anything, but her breast size when down three sizes. She was OK near it though because hers were too big.
