Work out plans for a fourteen year outmoded??

I can't go to the gym. I can't NOT get through (last time i tried my parents grounded me for a week) and I dont want to tell my parents because they other get over-zelous. What are workouts that I can do to lose bulk?

What I like to do is waltz or run, like up and down your street, or newly get some weights and do reps so you can pick which muscles to tone. another piece to do is jump rope, or sports, i one-sidedly like soccer and tennis, you go and get legs and arms. my favorite thing to do is aerobic waltz, though. i'm 14 years old too, and a short time ago learning some uncomplicated steps and putting them together to your favorite songs can really help, because its lately like a spring routine, not a workout. the only piece aerobics doesnt work is your abs, so do curl-ups for that, they may take time, but you have a feeling much better because you've worked so hard for it.
ask your parents if you could hire a personal trainer. You will see awesome results
Running to me get boring unless its outside but the best kind of weightloss exercise i used be DDR/ Dance Dance Revolution for ps2... it is the besttttt weightloss exercise because it is fun and easy to play once you attain the hang of it logically... dont get discouraged the first time you try playing it though its definetly worth it

DON'T STOP EATING!! that doesn't minister to at all!

Try doing some excercise, similar to dancing, merely put on a CD contained by ur room and dance!, or a sport u close to, they help seriously! Also, you can run a bit by the block in the mornings, or whenever u want. And possibly not stopping eating, but drinking less ammounts!

I'm 14 too, not eating does NOT work. you'll purely get hungry and probably over devour. you could run around your neighborhood with a friend or line member. That's what i do. I'm getting a trampoline subsequent week, people utter "they're not safe" and yadayada but whatever, if your far-sighted it can be really fun, and you'll burn calories while you tone your legs( :] I can't wait to grasp mine). Also, you could join an aerobics class, or if you are mortified you could buy or rent instructional videos. If you own TimeWarnerCable (that's what i have so i don't know in the order of any other cable providers) they have a focus specifically for working out, and its all on emergency and free, plus they update it every few days or weeks so you don't get bored. But lately stick to eating vigour, you know fruits vegetables, whole grain and such.
