How various calories should i be getting?
Also should i be worried that i usually don't touch hungry (i don't know why, even if i haven't eaten most of the year i don't feel hungry at adjectives and sometimes forget to eat because of that) and my friend tell me i don't eat adequate but i don't know.
I'm not worried about individual fat--i'm not so i don't think i enjoy anorexia.

1200 -1400 a day u are skinny opening too skinny. b careful bc u could win into an eatin disorder really fast. ur already worrying bout ur mass ..signs of one possibly developing. i should know
I would try to eat more than 1000 calories. the average diet is 2000 depending on ow busy you are. 115 is a little low for 5'6. try drinking more during the day.
basically don't eat any, colloquial food is fine, but stay away from bagged, or prosesed food
1000 cal/day is pretty low.
shoot for around 2000.
the certainty that you don't feel hungry is a point of concern though. you might want to see your doctor, ask him to check your thyroid. if here is an imbalance, that could be the motivation for your lack of hunger
