Edamame. There is protein in there that will help. Japanese women do not have PMS and hot flashes like Western women.

Also talk to a nutritionist about changing your diet. Trust me, it helps. I was getting cranky when my diet contained DiGorino Pizza, Doritos, Diet Pepsi, Pringles and Kraft food products. I went to a more natural diet and I don't have PMS and I feel much better.
