I always touch bloated. It shows too; I look literally pregnant. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but until just now I was terrifically thin and like wearing tops that emphasized my small stomach. I'm trying to overcome aneorexia, and I'm technically 'underweight'-I'm five foot two inches tall and weigh roughly five stone nine. Some days I do eat to some extent a lot, but consequently I generally put away very little for a few days to try and lessen the bulge contained by my gut. It works a bit, but I'm still uncomfortably bloated all the time. I drink plentifully of water, avoid corbonated drinks and gum, dont chomp through much wheat, onions or chick peas, have a large fibre diet and devour meals slowly. I really cant infer what I'm doing to deserve the huge gut^^

Avoid all products beside white flour, capsicum and cabbage can also cause bloating. Try taking probiotic tablets to settle the bowel - you can gain these from the health food shop, nearby is even one for anti bloat.
Do regular maintenance near probiotics until your bowel has settled. I memo I get when ingestion white flour and also when I take an extra dose of salbutomol inhaler.

Have you tried speaking to a doc? It may be something exceedingly normal but it sounds to me approaching you may need to shift your diet?
You say you are single 5st 9lb and you are 5'2". You seem pretty petite to me if you dont mind me saying.
I would speak to a doc. They may refer you to a nutritionist.
