also do some bending either on a bed or floor or mat...do stretching..also rest..because that help a lot as capably!
If you can take similar to motrin or Tylenol, or aspirin..take two..every six hours and try to do some resting..and stretching and or work around the house..wispy housekeeping and or laundry..that isn't too tedious..(this sometimes truly helps my pains to budge away!)
