My sleeping calendar is messed up!?

I don't get to sleep until more or less 2-3 in the morning, but I own to wake up at 6! Because of this, I'm tired during the time but not tired at all at hours of darkness. what should I do?

Answer:
I have matching problem. It is called a darkness person. When not at work I leak asleep during the day, and can sleep for hours. I hold been close to that all my life span. I am 66 years old very soon, but they have advanced so much within medical technology I am sure if you spoke to your doc. about this he can insist on you what to do. I don't mean medication.

They enjoy now sleep clinics. I do not know the exact language but I have see it on Fox news cable. Ask your doc. give or take a few them.

I know my brother-in-law went to one and it help him. They do some kind of trialling on your sleep pattern while you are asleep.

LOL. I hold the same problem. Try and not enjoy or drink any caffeine. Do not take any nap and try and wear yourself out. And the big one, get rotten of ByeDr.com lol.. That’s my problem.
