If you are have back problems because of your breast size, later, yes, you should have breast concession surgery. If you research surgeons, you should be able to find one to be exact good and will be capable of reduce the scarring.

As much as you don't want to hear it, you are too childish to get breast fall surgery. You're not fully grown yet, so if you bring back the surgery now, within a couple years, you might notice serration, or that your breasts have gotten bigger again. Wait a couple more years (around age 18) to want.
You should talk to your parents and a couple doctors (gynecologist and cosmetic surgeon) up to that time making any decisions.
You'll be knock out during the surgery, if you choose to get it. When you stir up, you'll most likely be taking painkillers, so you shouldn't hurt too desperate.
Take the next year or two to do abundantly of research about the procedure, scarring, etc.
In the meantime, be in motion to a nice department store or Victoria's Secret and make sure you're wearing the proper type/size of bra. Most women wear the wrong bra size, and can consistency discomfort or pain because of that.

i know that you are not too infantile too, but you could wait until you 19 or 20 to seize breast reductions because your singular 14 and your breasts aren't done growing yet.
If your doctor/gynecologist, the surgeon to be doing the surgery, you and your parents ruminate that you are old plenty, Go for it. I know several people next to back problems due to sizeable breasts and they will only go and get worse. It is probably a good theory to wait to do the surgery until you are done growing (at 15 that should be relatively soon if you haven't stopped already, my doctor said 2 years after your first time of year but everyone is different) I say this simply because if your breasts grow again after the surgery the scars will expand and show more. (due to the stretching of the skin)
Just put together sure it's what you want and that you do your homework and choose a good surgeon.

Actually doctors do not close to to operate on anyone who is younger than 18 because of growth issues. They take it on a shield by case cause with their size and form issues.
A reduction as you should know, since you know girls who hold gotten it done, will help your rear pain.
I have it done Feb 2006 38J to 38C and do not regret it one bit.
Get properly sized as well. 80% of us are surrounded by the wrong size bra. Go to Sears or Nordstroms or JCPenney (NOT victoria secret, as they do not size big women correctly, trust me I've tried!).

I can't answer that you are too young-looking as only a surgeon would be capable of make that declaration. I am 21 and had my breast drop 8 weeks ago. I too still wanted big boobs so I be reduced from a 34G to a 34DD (the size I was when I be your age). Now I have no subsidise, neck, shoulder affliction and look awesome in adjectives my clothes. I do not have a lofty tolerance to pain and however I was within very little to no anguish, of course this adjectives depends on the length of your procedure and the skill rank of your plastic surgeon. My scars which run vertically down from the bottom of my nipples hold already smoothed out and are mostly white now, my actual nipples be resized and set back into my breasts using with the sole purpose surgical glue- therefore I own no scarring at all around my nipples.
Keep doing your research and I don`t know go and run into with some surgeons. It may be that they will want you to continue until you are 16 but at least next you have a haphazard ot save some money to put towards getting it done. It's a outstandingly expensive procedure, I paid AU $11,500 out of my pocket to hold mine done.
