Rape or Not?
Answer:
not easy to say but I don't cogitate the pumping was critical unless you had a problem beside lining, carry a new doc this one might be a short time unethical!
um i dont cogitate thats normal. communicate someone.
Not rape, but not a very sensitive doctor any. Choose another one who doesn't do creepy things like wink.
it wasn't rape but not protocol =was a nurse surrounded by the room too?= if not ,look for another Dr =this one is skilled of other things too
there's supposed to be a nurse or another doctor present at all times, what be their response?
well for how long be he doing that?!hah. And no idontthink it was a rape,u said u enjoy it.A rape isnt enjoyable.
That is extraordinarily gross, I think you should report him!
no it wasne rape, b/c that would have need of a penis included, but that was totally innaporpriate of him, he requests to be professional, try a female gyno subsequent time
That was chunk of the procedure - sounds like you are reading things into it.
yeah it's RAPE.hahah
the doctor is devil *___^
not rape (rape is where on earth someone has sex next to you without ur authorization but he did sexually abuse you. you stipulation to report him straight away.
he shud have have a female nurse beside you to make sure no bad praactise came contained by but it did and he took advantage.
im sorry this happen to you but u MUST report him as he probably does it to lots of women.
did he have gloves on did he explain what he be doing, he shudnt have pat ur tummy or winked at you, he wasnt carryin out a procedure he be touchin you wrongly, he had not a soul with him.this be serious sexual abuse and he must be deal with pelase detail someone for your sake and the other patients!!
how old are you.. resourcefully dear it is not rape.. i don't know what you think rape is but that not it.. and subsequent time just say aloud stop.. not granted i not a woman but i know if my wife came and told me this i not resembling it but then she would enjoy handle it her self and not bother me nearly something so small but i can tell you that not rape..
no!1 anything that make you uncomfortable is a no no no. Someone should hold witnessed like a nurse. my gyno's a woman and she other does and internal with aanother entity present (nurse). I went to a masculine doctor after i miscarried and he ahd a witness but didn;t use gloves and touched me very gentley and slowly. It creeped me out- why would you touch a woman and not use gloves. But my sis is a nurse and sai dthey don't own to if its not interal.
no its part of the procedure but still rather unethical and kinda creepy i would suggest u find a different gyno although most guy gynos are kinda creepy resembling mine he likes to natter while hes checking stuff out which is just unusual
You started to enjoy it? Quit playing next to a serious subject. For those who may have honestly feel violated at a doctor's always remember that, whether the gyno is masculine or female, a nurse is SUPPOSED to be contained by the office as resourcefully. If you find yourself in the organization and are wondering when is the nurse going to come, just ask the doctor..."Where's the nurse?" They enjoy to hand the doctor adjectives of the different instruments and are supposed to be there for the woman's sanctuary.
I think you could be getting exceptionally rich soon..call a advocate....
Could it be rape, yes. Most states now consider insertion of any body cog into a vagina as rape. Now since he's a gynocologist it could be hard to prove. Now it is technically assault and mobile. Assault is infliction of emotional stress past the event, battery is the touching of your being. If you dont believe me, look it up.
The fact that you're even on here asking that press means that you feel like it be rape, or sexual harrassment or something.
I tell you something though, that gyno isn't surrounded by his line of work for "the well-being of women, coast to coast".
You should DEFINATLY put this into highly developed hands.
The wink and the tummy pat be just an UN-NECESSARY complement to the thrusting.
well it undeniably wasn't rape he would of had his penis inside you but he never u are reading to much into it making accusation like that can return with a man fired.
its only rape if he used his penis and if its be against your will
Chelsea. Read dolphins answer. She sounds like she might be his wife. This is emphatically rape. The girls that said this is normal, are immensely nieve. The problem is it's very tricky to proof because it's his word against your's.You gave him approval to go down here. This is why a nurse should be present. Just be careful subsequent time.
you need a bit more details until that time anyone else can answer this question. be there a nurse present? be he wearing gloves? are you explaining this EXACTLY as it happened? "pumping" could anticipate something different to different people. my gynos move their fingers around inside you to have a feeling your cervix, ovaries and such during an internal exam. did he "pat" your stomach, or was he hunch it? my gyno also pushes and feels on my tummy to touch the placement and size of my uterus during these exams. there should ALWAYS be a nurse present contained by the room during an internal exam. no questions asked. "apposite working order" could just simply parsimonious youre healthy, and he didnt find anything during your exam irregular or anything. depending if youre explaining word for word exactly what he did or using different terms, it could newly be the procedure; but if its really what he did; thats not normal, and please report him. yes, accusation and using different terms CAN go and get an innocent man fired, so please choose your words carefully. from what i would twig, it was not rape; but it would be sexual rough up.
I have never hear of something like that human being procedure. I didn't think that pumping his fingers within and out of you was portion of the procedure. Sounds more like some sympathetic of sexual abuse. If it happen exactly how you are saying it it, consequently you need to report him and find another doctor.
