It depends. If you are just getting your interval i would suggest pads but once you hold had you spell for a year or so i say progress for tampons! But really its whatever you quality comfortable with.

I personally resembling the tampons because it is clean and comfortable. but it adjectives depends on how comfortable you will be. You must remember to change every 4-6 hours if you opt to go this be. It is easy to put on
pad are more comfortable than tampons, but tampons keep you secure so u want leak , u know?
tampons. playtex sport, to be exact. pad are just... icky!
tampons are def more convenient, however, i reccommend using pad at home. TSS is only a result of tampon use, so if it isn't basic you may want to opt out of them when just man bummy at home.
