Is this breakthrough bleeding? Been taking the pill for 1.5 years with no breakthrough bleeding. Haven't has sex in over a year. Just had sex yesterday (kinda rough) and now bleeding bright red. Period isn't supposed to be for another week.
Also, don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I climbed a mountain yesterday and really exerted myself past my limit.
