at hand is no perfect diet. adjectives you can do is learn everything more or less nutrition that you can and go from near. but there is alot of crappy info and crappy diet on the net, so be careful what you believe and buy. ther with the sole purpose sure fire way to lose is diet and exercise. exercise probly one the most important factor, becuase that is whats going to tone you, and endow with you muscle, and as everyone knows, muscular those burn more fat during the sunshine than people of average fitness. but motivation is knob. above all. why dont you return with involved in a fun class, close to spinning, or yoga, or pilates. those are fun and you can meet some great friends here, whome have alike intrests as you!! im proud of you for stepping up to the plate and realizing what you enjoy to do to better yourself. good luck!
